REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to Fideku. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Returned products must meet all of the following requirements:

* Unused and unworn

* Unwashed

* In original condition

* Original tags attached

* Original packaging included

* Free from damage caused by customer misuse

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

* Final sale items

Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

* Ordering the wrong size

* Ordering the wrong product

* No longer wanting the item

* Providing an incorrect shipping address

* Refusing delivery for personal reasons

* Returning products without quality issues

Fideku will pay the reasonable return shipping cost when:

* The wrong item was shipped

* The item arrived damaged

* The item has a verified manufacturing defect

6. Inspection Process

After the returned item is received, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.

Inspection generally takes 1–3 business days after the return is delivered.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within approximately 3 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.

8. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges by returning the original item and placing a new order after the returned product has been approved.
