1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

3. Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are shipped using one of the following trusted carriers:

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and operational efficiency.

5. Shipping Charges

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, returned packages, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.

After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates whenever available.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is available to receive valuable packages.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Fideku is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
